When we refund
- The video was never delivered. If a render fails on our side and you paid for it, we refund that payment.
- The video came out clearly broken. Email us within 14 days of the purchase and say which video. We make it again or refund it.
When we do not refund
A video that was delivered as described is not refundable, because the render has already been paid for on our side. A result you do not like the look of is not, by itself, a broken video: AI video is not exact, and faces and details can come out differently from your photo.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account and say which video it is about. We answer within two working days. Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with.
